We recently reported that Bollywood’s famous filmmaker Karan Johar got trolled for ruining a hit Marathi song ‘Zingaat’ from a superhit Marathi movie ‘Sairat’. The song is the part of Karan Johar’s upcoming film ‘Dhadak’ which will also be the debut film of Sridevi’s elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor.

The movie ‘Sairat’ might have won many hearts but people aren’t really happy with the Hindi version of ‘Zingaat’. The music composers Ajay-Atul who gave mesmerizing music in original Marathi film were asked to compose music for its Hindi version as well. Surprisingly, the music composer duo also wrote the Hindi version of song ‘Zingaat’ for the film.

Unimpressed by its Hindi version, netizens started trolling Karan and soon #Zingaatruinned became a trend on social media platforms.

People are so offended by the filmmaker for ruining the classic hit song that they have started a society named ‘Society Of Protection Of Regional Cinema From Karan Johar’.

A Twitter user @godbolet expressed her views about starting this society and asked people to join her.
