A Zee News report says that Kanhaiya Kumar has insulted the Indian Army by alleging that soldiers rape women in Kashmir.

According to the report, Kumar made the allegation while addressing students in JNU on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
It should be noted here that the so-called allegation of Kumar has been reported only by Zee. The channel was recently criticised for airing an alleged doctored footage of Kanhaiya Kumar raising anti-national slogans.
Kumar has reportedly decided to speak up for the people of Kashmir who are alleged victims of human rights violations and would also be seeking an end to the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA) in the state.
On the other hand, News Nation aired a footage where Kanhaiya Kumar is addressing a gathering and saying that some people “posing as army personnel” were “distributing certificates of patriotism”.
We are not surprised because Kumar insulted a JNU professor, who took an anti-Left stand during a debate, by sloganeering while he was speaking and allowing pro-Leftists to boo the professor.
Kumar is out on conditional six-month interim bail.
