Many of us have seen or grew up watching ‘Boogie Woogie’ and Hindi dubbed ‘Takeshi’s Castle’ television shows. Quite interesting, isn’t it? However, we will not be talking about the shows here, as you all may have seen them all. What we’ll be talking about here is on the man who hosted and did all the talking on the shows. It is none other than Javed Jaffrey, who is currently prepping for his role in the stage adaptation of Mira Nair’s ‘Monsoon Wedding’.

The ‘Boogie Woogie’ host has found a new hobby and now has eight-pack abs and a toned physique at the age of 53 after a rigorous regime of four months.
Interestingly, as usual, the internet rose up to the occasion and people from all walks of life came pouring in with praises and congratulatory notes.
Several celebs praised and congratulated the actor on his feat. He even earned kudos from former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah.
