If you are one who follows or watches Bollywood movies, you must be knowing almost all who is who in the industry. Though most of Bollywood fans are aware of most basic aspects of a movie, many are now aware about the real background of celebs in real life. Most of them just can’t tell or don’t know where they come from or what they do before they become a film star.

Well, like anyone, every Bollywood celeb, too, has a past. They didn’t become a star overnight. They were somebody and somewhere before they become who they are today. In this article, we will talk about one such Bollywood actor who is well known in the film industry — Satyadeep Misra.

Misra made his Bollywood debut in the 2011 biographical thriller No One Killed Jessica, where he played journalist Rani Mukerjee’s boss in the film. He went on to act in several other films, among them Love Breakups Zindagi is the popular one.

But do you have little information about Misra’s backgorund and what he did before joining the film industry?

Prior to joining Bollywood, Mishra worked as an IRS officer but resigned the prestigious job to become an actor.

A Delhiite, Misra studied in The Doon School, Dehradun, and St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. After his studies, he became an IRS officer, as an Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax and Indian Revenue Service, and worked there for less than a year and resigned to join acting. He made his Bollywood debut with the 2011 film No One Killed Jessica. He was married to Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari in 2009 but the couple got separated in 2013.

We wish Satyadeep Mishra all the very best in his career in Bollywood as an actor.
