IPL 2018 fever has become contagious among cricket fans. While people have already gone mad out of excitement, there are players who have left fans shocked with their performance. One of those players is Kings XI Punjab payer KL Rahul, who has surprised everyone with his performance against Delhi Daredevils. Fans couldn’t stop talking about him after he scored a century in just 14 balls. With this Rahul became the IPL record holder of fastest half century. Yusuf Pathan is the one who had this record under his name before Rahul. Yusuf scored the IPL fastest fifty in 15 balls while playing the innings against Sunrisers Hyderabad for Kolkata Knight Riders four years ago.

This time Yusuf is in Sunrisers Hyderabad’s team and their first match was against Rajasthan Royals on April 9.

After Rahul broke his record and scored the fastest fifty of all time, Yusuf has again taken the challenge to bring the record back under his name. The challenge has been given to him by none other than his brother Irfan Pathan.

Irfan, who has taken the seat of one of the commentators, recently posted a tweet congratulating Rahul and challenged his brother Yusuf to score a half century in just 13 balls.

Here’s what he tweeted:

Responding to his younger brother’s tweet, Yusuf took his challenge and promised him to bring back the record under his name. He even praised the efforts Rahul showed during the match.
