Passengers traveling in the airlines go through all kinds of experiences. Some experiences are bad, some are good, and some are quite humorous. Usually, after our flight, we review airlines on the basis of its services. However, Shubho Sengupta, an airline passenger, did something nasty and embarrassing.
He was traveling with IndiGo airlines, and he tweeted a funny conversation, humiliating the air hostess because she had poor verbal skills.
This is what he tweeted.
Though his intention was not wrong, but putting a girl’s photo on a public platform is also not morally justified.
In return, IndiGo airlines maintained its composure and appreciated his humor. They also warned him in a dignified way.
This is what they tweeted:
@shubhos Hi Shubho, we’re really impressed with your humour and are glad our crew member helped you laugh a little. We just hope you >>

@shubhos took her permissions to post this online. And oh, photography of our staff & inside an airplane are really not allowed.<<

After hearing the warning, Shubho Sengupta, surprisingly expressed his admiration for the airlines:
@IndiGo6E am a big Indigo fan everyone knows

But, Twitter is Twitter. They savagely criticized his tweet:
@shubhos @IndiGo6E am a big Shubho fan everybody knows but he is a snob making fun of self made girl…

@shubhos @PBnrg @IndiGo6E It’s witty, but be kind to the girl. She’s trying and we got a nice smile from the joke.

This is the right way:
@shubhos what does that have to do with anything? why did you have to post the picture? do the decent thing and delete. @IndiGo6E

In the end, Shubho Sengupta realized his mistake:
@kuttysunil @IndiGo6E I do 🙂

Lesson learned: Think before you tweet.
