Indian Railways Providing Medical Assistance and Meals To The Accident Victims Of Indore-Patna Express

The worst train accident in the last five years took place when the Indore-Patna express got derailed near Pukhrayan area in Kanpur Dehat district. The accident resulted in the death of more than 133 people and almost 150 people got injured.



Railways minister, Suresh Prabhu, personally visited the site and has also announced a compensation of Rs 3.5 lakh for the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the critically injured.

Along with him, PM Modi and Madhya Pradesh’s CM also announced compensation for the families affected by the accident. Suresh Prabhu also made sure that strict action will be taken against the culprit…



And now, the Ministry of Railways is doing its best to comfort the victims of the accident. The Ministry has started providing medical assistance, food packets, combo meal & Rail Neer bottle.


They have also made arrangements for a special train for the victims.
