Since childhood, every four years, I would see my family getting divided and shedding their patriotism for India to support Brazil or Germany. Followed by the lament when will we see Indian football team play? Yes, I am talking about the FIFA World Cup craze that takes over our country every four years. Not to forget the numerous zealous fans who are die-hard supporters of different European clubs. However, when it comes to home ground, all we have for our country’s team is criticism.
