Just when Pakistan has decided to hang a former Indian Naval officer, India has yet again showed its neighbor what friendship and humanity is.
Earlier this week, six commandos of Pakistan’s Maritime Security lost their way deep into the Arabian sea. Unable to trace the lost boat carrying the commandos, Pakistan approached the Indian Coast Guard for help.
In no time, the Indian Coast Guard sent out rescue teams in the Okha region of Gujarat. The Indian fishermen and the Coast Guard helped the dehydrated and lost commandos to get back to shore safely. However, out of the six men, only two could make it back alive while the rest died.
The two commandos have been admitted to the hospital and are undergoing treatment. The bodies of the other four men have been retrieved and handed over to Pakistan.
Maybe now, Pakistan will learn what humanity and friendship are. Had it not been for the Indian Coast Guard and the fishermen, Pakistan would have lost six commandos.
