Rabesh Kumar Singh, a mechanical engineer from IIT loved the PM’s colorful garland so much that he tweeted about the same.
Requesting Modi to gift him the same garland, here’s what the guy tweeted:

English translation of the tweet:
“I was listening to you on Panchayati Raj Day; you gave a very nice speech. I liked the gold-colored garland you were wearing. Can I get the same?”
