2. Kareena Kapoor Khan
She has rejected a plethora of roles that later became some of the most iconic characters of Hindi film industry. Some of the movies she rejected or left are “Kaho Na Pyaar Hai,” “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam,” “Kal Ho Na Ho,” and “Ramleela.”

His character in “Koi Mil Gaya” trilogy became quite successful among the Indian audience. Though unappreciated, his role in the film “Lakshya” was very strong too. However, prior to these movies, he was delivering such films that can safely be considered a flop. During his phase of embarrassing roles, he was offered to play the lead character in the movie “Swadesh.” Later played by Shahrukh Khan, it still stands as one of his best performance.
4. Dev Anand
The movie that reinvented Amitabh Bachchan’s image as the “Angry young man” was first offered to Dev Anand. Then the role was rejected by Raaj Kumar, Rajesh Khanna, and Dharmendra. Finally, it was played by Amitabh and grabbed the spot of being one of the iconic movies of Indian cinema.

9. Shahrukh Khan
He was offered the role of “Munna” in the movie “Munna Bhai MBBS”; probably due to his back problems, he refused the role. The movie later became a career-changing role for Sanjay Dutt. It also gave a softer edge to the image of this controversial actor that audiences loved.
10. Saif Ali Khan
“Salaam Namaste,” “Omkara,” and “Being Cyrus” are few of the many memorable roles by this actor.
