We recently reported that Indian spinner, Harbhajan Singh made fun of Sri Lankan cricketers on Twitter but later deleted his tweets to escape controversy. It all started when Sri Lankan opener Dimuth Karunaratne expressed that his team is all set to face Team India. Indian cricket team is undoubtedly in the beast mode. Beating New Zealand’s cricket team in T20 series, Sri Lankan cricket team is the next whom Team India will be facing.
In spite of knowing that Team India is playing in its perfect form these days, Dimuth Karunaratne said,
“I know Jadeja and Ashwin are both hungry for wickets. Every time they bowl it’s about sticking to the basics. If I don’t give them any chance, they will try to do something else. If we need them to change the field you have to do something extra. That’s my gameplan… I wait for the loose ones and I will stick to that. If it does not work I will think out of the box and give some extra pressure to the bowlers.”
To this, Bhajji gave a perfect reply and trolled the Sri Lankan cricketer by posting this tweet:
Bhajji might have deleted his tweet to avoid controversies but looks like ICC has become too dabangg. The International Cricket Council mercilessly trolled the Sri Lankan cricketers while talking about how Twitter’s new update about exceeding the character limit is helpful for ICC.
Here’s what ICC tweeted:
Thanks to #280characters, we can now use the following names! 🇱🇰

ICC’s tweet left Tweeple in splits. Here’s how people reacted to the International Cricket Council’s trolling tweet:
Can anyone tell how many player’s names did they actually mentioned above?
