An IAS Officer Files Sexual Harassment Case And Gives A Fitting Monicker For Such People

It appears that shameful incidents will never end in this country of ours.

A IAS officer Riju Bafna, who is a trainee bureaucrat in Madhya Pradesh, described in a Facebook post her experience of combating sexual harassment.


Mrs Bafna, who filed a sexual harassment case against a member of the state’s human rights commission for sending her “indecent messages”, wrote:

However, on Monday, Mrs Bafna, a post-graduate from the Delhi School of Economics, edited her comment saying, “There was a line about women not being born in the country. I wrote that line in the spur of moment and I regret blaming the country for the fault of individuals.”
