Twinkle Khanna, after reigning the writing stage in India with her satirical word play, is coming back to Bollywood, not as an actor but as a producer. Yes. Mrs Funnybones will be producing a unique film ‘Padman’, which is based on the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a school drop-out from Coimbatore who started a revolution by providing low-cost sanitary napkins to poor women across rural India.
To top it all, the ace filmmaker R.Balki, director of ‘Paa’ and ‘Chenni Kum’, will be writing its script and directing it as well.
