It was Salman’s birthday and just like other friends and acquaintances Govinda too posted a funny birthday wish on Twitter. Remember Salman Khan helping Govinda flirt with Katrina Kaif in the movie ‘Partner’? His birthday wish for Sallu was similar to that.
