Former Times Now president and senior journalist Arnab Goswami will soon launch his TV channel Republic.

It is reported that Goswami, who shot to fame for his daily prime time debate show The News Hour, wants his channel to air before 2017 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
Within a year after starting his career with Telegraph, he became prominent faces along with Vikram Chandra and Rajdeep Sardesai.
He later joined Times Now as its Editor-in-Chief in 2006 and worked there for 10 years.He resigned from Times Now on November 1 this year. He has often criticised for being judgmental on his news show, and not letting others speak.
