“Dedication and commitment are what transform dreams into realities.”
It is only with her dedication and commitment towards her dream and that of her father that Julie passed the Bihar Judicial Service Examination. But this is not the only thing to be proud of. She will sit in a court judging cases where her father once worked as a peon.
Despite the limited resources, she pursued her father’s dream to see her daughter sit in the chair of judge with utmost dedication and fulfilled it.
Julie’s result was declared on Wednesday and the entire family is happy with her achievement. But the sad part of her success story is that Julie’s father doesn’t know of her daughter’s success yet because he is ailing and being treated in the ICU of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital of Bhagalpur, Bihar.
His condition worsened on Thursday and doctors have strictly instructed his family to not disturb him or talk to him for anything. But Julie and all her family members and well-wishers are sure that her father Jagdish Sah will be absolutely ecstatic when he gets the news.
Jagdish Sah used to work as a peon in the Bhagalpur civil court and it is worth appreciation that his daughter has went on to become a judge in the same court. After completing her schooling from a government school, Julie pursued further studies in an ordinary college of her city. Then she complete her law education in 2011 from TNB law college.
Meanwhile, she was married in 2009 but her dedication towards her education and career kept her motivated and she appeared in 29th Bihar Judicial Service Examination held this year and cleared it in first attempt. Julie is extremely elated with her accomplishment but at the same time, is bothered by the ill-health of her father and the fact that she hasn’t been able to convey the good news to him.
