Remember the 2001-movie ‘Style’, which had the popular song, ‘Excuse me, kya re?’ If you can recall the film, then surely you would remember its hero Sahil Khan. Well, the actor, who has appeared in quite a few music albums and in some movies, may have simply vanished from the glitzy world of Bollywood but he is still living an envious and glamorous life. All of 41, the former actor’s life is seemingly a Baywatch movie, with waves, beach babes and yacht parties hogging the center stage. And, of course, Khan’s eight pack abs is just point on!
Sahil Khan started his career with the music album ‘Naachenge Saari Raat’. However, it was in his next music video ‘Oh Laila’ that he was noticed by director N Chandra, the director of ‘Style’.
Apart from ‘Style’, Khan starred in ‘Shortcut’ and in the ‘Style’ sequel, ‘Xcuse Me’. In 2005, he starred in ‘Double Cross’, which was considered as a bold movie.
He also acted opposite Amitabh Bachchan in the movie ‘Aladin’. In 2010, Khan acted in a film called ‘Ramaa: The Savior’, which had actress and former model Tanushree Dutta as the female lead. The film also starred the famous WWE wrestler The Great Khali in a major role. That was the last film he acted in.
In 2009, the actor worked with industrialist Yash Birla and nutritionist Rehan Jalali to make sports and nutrition supplements.
But like few other actors, Khan’s life after Bollywood is all the more happening and glitzy! His Instagram profile bears witness to it!
Going by these photographs, his life seems essentially comprising of parties, fun, glamour and exotic destinations. From posing naughty with hot blondes, to getting massages from babes in bikinis, his profile has it all!
After retiring from Bollywood, Khan took up fitness as a profession. Excelling as an fitness expert has turned the fortunes of the erstwhile actor who is having the best of times and certainly is the envy of many Bollywood stars!
Sahil owns a chain of gyms called Muscle and Beach in glamorous Goa. This institution is famous for providing a 14-week body transformation program. In fact, he is also the brand ambassador of Mumbai’s Bodybuilding Association.
Life seems to be in seventh heaven for Sahil now! And boy, he surely knows how to enjoy it all.
And yes, he is the latest social media sensation, with a fan following of over two million in Facebook and Instagram each.
Of course, this fame has its share of controversies as well. In November 2014, Jackie Shroff’s wife Ayesha Shroff filed a complaint against Khan, her ex-business partner, for cheating her of Rs 5 crore. She claimed that Sahil took the money from her for their business venture.
Reports suggest that Khan and Ayesha Shroff had launched a cyber security firm and a production house back in in 2009. They had locked the script for a period film titled ‘Rani’ which was shelved and the production house eventually shut down.
The major mud-slinging controversy also saw Ayesha Shroff responding to Khan’s ‘affair’ claims by filing an FIR under Sections 506 and 509 of the IPC but when the cops proceeded to arrest Sahil, he reportedly went absconding.
Later, in order to prove her innocence in the “affair”, Ayesha claimed that Khan was gay. Thereafter, Khan requested a special court to hold an in-camera trial to show intimate pictures of him and her to the judge and prove his claim. However, both Khan and Ayesha chose to bury their differences in 2015.
Khan was allegedly ready for another Bollywood flick with Mallika Sherawat but the film got shelved.
