This Fitness Video of 88-Year-Old Retired Air Marshal Proves That Age Is Just A Number

India is getting fit and fabulous with the launch of the Fitness Challenge by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore. The social media campaign with the hashtag #HumFitTohIndiaFit started with the motive to spread awareness about fitness in the country. From Virat Kohli to PM Narendra Modi, every celebrity has participated in the fitness challenge posting their workout videos.

Well, celebrities too have posted pictures and videos of their fathers on the occasion of Father’s Day on June 17, as they expressed their love for fathers. Similarly, Parameswaran Iyer, secretary, union ministry of drinking water and sanitation, shared a video of his father in order to profess his love and respect towards him. But, we should let you know that there is a major twist in the video that is bound to leave you surprised!

Parmeshwaran Iyer shared an inspirational video of his father and revealed some major secrets about him that will definitely surprise you. In the caption, as he wished him on Father’s Day, he has mentioned that his father PV Iyer is a retired Air Marshal and 88 years old. At this age, he runs 10 km a day and works out regularly at the gym.

 

 

Yes, you read that right! In the video, Parameshwaran Iyer’s father is working out in the garden and it will give you major workout goals. This man is the best example that to prove that age is just a number when it comes to fitness.
