A Kerala-based construction firm has filed an FIR against Congress president Sonia Gandhi and other senior leaders over non-payment.
Heather Constructions was hired by Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) for building and allied works for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Development Studies in Thiruvananthpuram.
In the complaint, the managing partner of the firm alleged that the project was commissioned by former KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala. But, now KPCC says that it has no money for project.
However, Congress spokesman RS Surjewala said that neither any criminality nor any default of payment has taken place.
