India and Pakistan are standing with their hands onto each others’ throats again. This time India has challenged Kulbhushan Jadhav’s death sentence by Pakistan. One of the world’s most expensive lawyers, Harish Salve has been appointed to represent our country at the International Court of Justice
Kulbhushan Jadhav is a former Indian Naval officer who went on a routine business trip to Iran. He was abducted by Pakistani intelligence which declared him a member of RAW spying on them. India is contesting against the death sentence given to Jadhav at UN court in Netherlands.
Harish Salve, 61, is believed to be an authority on constitutional law. He is known for fighting many high-profile cases, and now he will be fighting for Indian against Pakistan.
