Team India lost the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy to Pakistan, and it was something that die-hard cricket fans can NEVER EVER accept. A defeat against our arch-enemies is unacceptable!
So, when Indian women’s cricket team won the Women’s World Cup match against Pakistani women’s cricket team, we praised them for taking revenge. It was a historic day; almost the whole nation was watching a women’s cricket match perhaps for the first time.
During the match Mithali Raj, the captain of the women’s cricket team, made us proud. She created a record by becoming the first woman cricketer to score 6000 plus runs in ODIs becoming the leading run-getter in women’s cricket. Fans appreciated the cricketer from all over the nation.
The cricketer got congratulatory wishes from both past and present members of the men’s cricket team as well.

Among them was Virat Kohli, who not only wished Mithali Raj on Twitter but also posted a special message for the women’s cricket team captain on Facebook.
However, Kohli’s post became a wish gone wrong. The cricketer did a major goof-up by posting cricketer Poonam Raut’s picture in the congratulatory message for Mithali.
