‘Family Time With Kapil Sharma’ Leaves Twitterati ‘Bored.’ Is This The End Of Sharma’s Career?

Kapil Sharma is back on the small screen (without a bang) with his latest show on Sony Entertainment Television after a haul. His new show is titled “Family Time With Kapil Sharma” and is basically a game show with a pinch of comedy.

Some of his old friends including Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar were seen backing Kapil on the show along with a new addition Neha Pendse. This also marked Kapil’s new association with his longtime showstopper Navjot Singh Sidhu, who was seen in Kapil’s previous shows.

One could not ignore Sidhu’s presence as he sits on his big new chair and throws his one-liners every now and then to keep up the show’s spirit.

Everyone was expecting that Kapil would bring something extraordinary this time. However, to our disappointment, nothing like that happened.

The show has the same old sort of outline (except the newly added games and gifts), same old punches, including Kiku and Chandan’s usual acts. In simple words, the zing was missing from the show.

The premiere had Ajay Devgn and his upcoming film’s promotional stuff to keep the audience engaged. Kapil’s presence was run-of-the-mill.

The game’s look and feel were chaffing, and it missed the lasting impression. It is still hard to say if Kapil could take it higher in the upcoming episodes, considering his previous ratings and tiffs with his fellow comrades.

So after everything is said and done, let us now take a look at what tweeple have to say!

We just smelled him copying Ellen’s format! Did you? Do you think this is the end of his career? Tell us through your comments below the story.
