This Brainchild Of Elon Musk Will Help You Travel From Bengaluru To Chennai In Just 30 Minutes

Billionaire investor Elon Musk might have proposed few ideas which at present seems far fetched, but with each passing day, he is defying logic and coming up with inventions which are making these ideas come into reality and setting a sci-fi future of this planet.

 

One of these concepts is that of Hyperloop, with which Musk not only aims to take travelling to the next level but also make travelling in vehicles like a bullet train seem obsolete and lacklustre.

With Hyperloop, he claims to have found the perfect replacement for the bullet train as it would make the trip much faster and cover long distances, like between Bengaluru and Chennai, in just 30 minutes.

 

Currently, it takes around one hour by flight to travel between these two cities, and roughly about 7 hours to cover this distance by road.

With Hyperloop, Musk aims to construct a massive tube fitted in concrete to run between two cities and the ‘pods’ with people inside to travel through these pipes at a very high speed.

 

Musk claims that these ‘pods’ will run at the speed of approximately 1223.1 kmph as magnetic accelerators will propel them forward inside the tube and partial vacuum inside the tube will make it travel much faster.
