On the occasion of Dusshehra, many posters supporting Prime Minister Modi were seen plastered across Varanasi, with members of Shiv Sena – Varanasi thanking him, and asking him to conduct another surgical strike against Pakistan.

The poster which portrays PM Modi as ‘Lord Ram’, also portrays Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif as ‘Raavan’ and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as ‘Meghnad’.

These posters have been put up in celebration of Dusshehra which is a very popular festival in the city.
On October 4 similar hoardings were seen across other cities of Uttar Pradesh.
In these hoardings, BJP-UP has congratulated PM Modi while warning Pakistan that India will keep on ‘hitting them’.
Uttar Pradesh is set to face assembly elections next year in 2017.
