Virat Kohli confessed that he feels embarrassed when he is compared to cricketing great Sachin Tendulkar.

In an recent interview he said that he would rather be asserted as himself when he is at the crease.

Kohli, who has had a breathtaking year so far, has been on an roll be it in India, Australia or Bangladesh.

Looking at his exploits in Australia, many started to compare Kohli with Tendulkar and over the months, the comparison has just grown.

Tendulkar is regarded as the greatest batsman to have played the game since Donald Bradman and is the only batsman with have 100 international hundreds and 200 Test caps under his belt.

While Sachin has always been an inspiration to Kohli, the latter thinks being compared to him is unfair.

While we do agree with Kohli’s opinion that there is no one like Sachin, we would like to to show the impressive record the two have.
