Often celebs are seen aping each other when it comes to style. Designs are often “inspired” or let’s be clear, “copy-pasted”. Sadly this malpractice is very much present in the world that deals with style aka fashion industry. It is okay to let the other people’s work be your muse. However, copying their hard work is not at all appreciable. Especially if one is trying to take “inspiration” from the works of ace couturist like Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Now, we know that an anonymous platform on Insta handle which is operated by the name of Diet Sabya has taken the charge to expose the ‘inspirations’ (copies) in the glam world. The Insta account recently took a jibe at Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress (Ishita) aka Divyanka Tripathi as she was spotted carrying a symbolic belt by Sabyasachi.
Now, interestingly, Aishwarya Rai was seen donning a similar belt, during her association with the designer (Sabyasachi) and another make-up line. Apparently, after taking note of the occurrence, Diet Sabya posted on the ‘gram. It was a collage of Rai and Divyanka.
Their caption read, “#Guts On A Sunday afternoon! Y’all will often tell us not to blame the celebrity, but you’ve to live under a giant rock to not know that this is an iconic @sabyasachiofficial belt. NO excuses!”
The actress too had shared the snaps via her very own Insta account. Evidently, her ensemble was from a label known as Raisin. The attire was for an event. Victor Robinson turned stylist for the actress.

Now, the belt wore by Divyanka Tripathi and the one which Aishwarya has carried are quite identical. Sadly, the actress was targeted for donning a rip-off.
However, she did not keep mum about the incident. The diva has severely criticized Diet Sabya. Apparently, she felt that they were “being inhuman and harsh”. See her reply:
Do you think Diet Sabya’s post was justified?
