Indian cricket team’s former captain, MS Dhoni has time and again proved that he is one of the best captains the team has ever got. Handing over his responsibilities to Virat Kohli, Dhoni stepped down from his post but his presence in the team still matters. People have asked him numerous times about his retirement plans but every time the cricketer has expressed his desire to play for his nation as much as possible.

Dhoni’s presence of mind on the field and his decision-making abilities are things that make him a skilled cricketer. When Dhoni was the Indian team’s captain he used to be largely referred as ‘Captain Cool’ because of his calm and composed nature. Even today, when the cricketer has resigned from the captain’s post, he is still referred to the same name by many. However, Indian cricketer, Suresh Raina has shattered Dhoni’s ‘Captain Cool’ image by making a shocking revelation.

Raina was on the sets of the web series ‘Breakfast With Champions’, where he expressed that Dhoni is not really a captain cool. Explaining the Dhoni’s behavior changes when the cameras are not on him, Raina said:

“He (Dhoni) does get angry, you don’t see it. The cameras don’t pick it up. But as soon as the telecast cuts to the ads, he will say ‘Tu sudhar jaa (Get your act together).”

Dhoni is famous among his fans for his super cool nature. But, Raina’s shocking revelation left Dhoni’s fans traumatized. There have been a lot of talking about the statement that Raina made about Dhoni. Usually, MS never responds to such talks but this time something unexpected happened.

As reported by Zee News, Dhoni was at an event organized by the Indian Army in Kashmir where he was asked to express his views on the statement that Raina gave about Dhoni’s attitude. Here’s how the 36-year-old reacted:

“There are many zones in the middle of it where you enjoy and make fun. Once (I am playing) in the ground, I do not joke around, but inside the dressing room, I enjoy a lot. I conduct myself according to how I think I should conduct myself in different areas.”

Dhoni calmly explained that he acts depending on the situation which is another good sign of being a true sportsman. Isn’t it?
