Australian cricketer David Warner’s cricket career is in a limbo after being banned from playing international cricket for 12 months after a shaming ball-tampering scandal came to limelight last month. Warner along with Steve Smith, was banned for a year by Cricket Australia from playing international cricket following their roles in the scandal.
Warner was teary-eyed after the incident, but that didn’t stop him from getting banned from the ongoing Indian Premier League (2018). It’s safe to say that his dark days are far from over. The 31-year-old’s wife Candice blamed herself for her husband’s involvement in the ball-tampering scandal, saying that the incident is “killing” her.

Meanwhile the disgraced cricketer is spending time constructing his own beach-side house in Sydney. Warner was sporting a construction hat that read ‘Project Manager’ and ‘Apprentice Celebrity.’
For a cricketer whose career suffered such a major blow and scarred his country’s rich cricketing history, this seems shocking. The mastermind’s wife got tearful and emotional on a number of occasions, but she has stood by him for their kids sake.
Today, she disclosed something very heartbreaking for Team Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) fans. David used to represent the team before he was banned and was considered as the top player since the past 4 seasons. His ‘special appearance’ in his team’s Instagram live feed left SRH fans emotional.

David had commented that ‘he will like to visit India and support his team‘ despite all the allegations and unfortunate scandal. But his wife Candice just revealed that both of these seem like an unlikely event. In fact, she said that BCCI has denied him both.
A Twitter user named ‘Srujana Konakanchi’ shared a live Instagram ‘Direct Message’ chat with none other than Candice herself! She disclosed that BCCI has denied his both requests to visit India and support Sunrisers.

This seems to be bad news for Warner fans and we hope to see him cheer his team. What are your thoughts on this? Tell us in the comments.
