The benefits of breastfeeding extend well beyond just basic nutrition. It is a known fact that breast milk is the best for a newborn baby. With all the vitamins and nutrients, the baby needs to breastfeed for the first six months of life. Breast milk is also packed with disease-fighting enzymes that help in the protection of the baby. But what if the mother is not able to feed her baby due to some illness? Who can take responsibility of breastfeeding the newborn in the absence of the mother?
Well, you must be thinking the father certainly cannot help in this case. However, there is one dad who has broken all stereotypes and took the job of breastfeeding his child for the very first time. Shocking, isn’t it?! Wondering how is that even possible? Well, a father in Wisconsin, USA took the important task of breastfeeding his newborn child after his wife began to suffer from complications after the birth of the baby.
The name of the amazing father is Maxamillian Kendall Neubauer who rose to the occasion like never before. He used a fake nipple shield and a feeding tube to feed his baby. Apparently, after inducing labor, Maxamillian’s wife proceeded to have two seizures and wasn’t well enough to immediately breastfeed the newborn baby. Then the nurse turned to the father with her own invention to breastfeed the child and he immediately said YES.
He posted pictures of breastfeeding the baby on his Facebook account and it went viral like crazy. In the post, Neubauer wrote about his wife’s complications after which the nurse suggested him to do the needful.
Take a look at the post of Neubauer breastfeeding his child:
The pictures have gone viral on the internet and the social media users have reacted with the sweetest messages for the father. Take a look at some of the praiseworthy responses:

Praiseworthy!
Men act like they don’t sexualize breastfeeding and claim it’s moreso so that children don’t have to see it happen, but all of these comments are guys claiming this “isn’t their thing” and they’re “not into it”. 🙃 breastfeeding is so essential and i praise this dad for it https://t.co/5q02zG8K4l
