M.Tech in nanotechnology is a 2-year post-graduate program. nanotechnology is for the students who want to enhance their knowledge in material sciences, electronics and communication devices, biotechnology devices, etc at a nanometer-scale.

Various IITs, NITs, some IIITs, and private institutes in the country offer this course. Some of the subjects taught in nanotechnology are molecular electronics, material sciences, quantum mechanics, computational methods, etc.

The eligibility criterion is not at all complicated. Students who have completed their B.E./ with a minimum of 50% to 55% or equivalent CGPA, from a recognized institute or university, are eligible for this program.
