After being the richest Indian for over a decade, Mukesh Ambani recently overtook Chinese businessman Hui Ka Yan to become the richest man in Asia. The Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) chairman is now ranked 14th on Forbes’ Real Time list of billionaires across the globe. Built at an estimated cost of over $1 billion, Antilla is deemed to be the world’s most expensive residential property, after Buckingham Palace. Located on Altamount Road, Cumballa Hill in Mumbai, this house is 27 stories high. It has multi-storey garage with space for 168 cars, nine high speed elevators and three helipads, and a 50-person home theater, besides several other facilities. It is reportedly homed to 600 employees.
2. Airbus 319 Corporate Jet
This corporate jet of Mukesh Ambani can carry up to 25 passengers and is equipped with large entertainment cabin, luxury sky bar and fancy dining area. It has customised leather seating, air conditioning and state of the art cockpit. It is said that this jet cost more than 100 million dollars.
Mukesh Ambani also owns this floating palace on high seas. The yacht features a retracting solar glass roof and is 58 meters long and 38 meters wide. There are three decks and the yacht comes with a host of incredible features like piano bar, lounge and dining area with personal suites for guests and a reading room. The yacht looks a lot more like a house than a yacht. Although no official price is declared, it is rumored that this yacht is priced over hundred million dollars.
4. Boeing Business Jet 2
It is said that Mukesh Ambani acquired this jet in 2007 for his own private uses. This jet plane features 1004 sq feet cabin space with seating space for 78 passengers. It is a flying hotel with executing lounge and private suites. It is said that Mukesh paid 73 million dollars for this private jet.
5. Falcon 900EX
This Falcon 900EX aircraft has a mid-flight office, cabin with game controls, music systems, satellite televisions, wireless communications and allows the businessman to fly out at great pace. It is said that the estimate cost of this jet is 43.3 million dollars.
6. Maybach 62
Mukesh Ambani was reportedly the first man in India to buy a Maybach 62, a birthday present for his wife, Nita. The car boasts of a top speed of 250 kmph and goes from 0-100 in 5.4 seconds, and was further customized to suit the Ambanis’ preferences. Its estimated cost is said to be over 1 million dollars.
7. Aston Martin Rapide
The customized Aston Martin is one of the costliest cars in the list. This car can accelerate from 0-60 in just 4.4 seconds and the car has a max speed of around 203 miles per hour and is priced at $170,000 dollars.
8. Mercedes S class
Similar to Maybach 62, this car is bomb and bullet proof with an on board conference centre, laptops and TV screens. It can go to 0-60 in just 3.9 seconds. It is said that Ambani paid $150,000 for this car.
9. Mercedes SL500
This car also matches up to Mukesh’s stature with bomb and bullet proof facilities. The car also has 7 speed automatic transmission and a turbo charged 6L engine that can produce 621 horse power. Mukesh had to pay excess of $100,000 to buy this car.
The most expensive car in Ambani’s collection is the BMW 760 Li which cost him around Rs 8.5 crore. The customized car is bullet proof and equipped with Z-category security detailing. Since the registration fee on armoured cars is higher, Ambani ended up paying another Rs 1.6 crore to register the car in Mumbai. As per reports, this is the highest registration fee paid by anyone in India.
11. Rolls-Royce Phantom
This beautiful luxury sedan is one of the most attractive cars in Mukesh Ambani car collection. Rolls Royce Phantom is capable to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.8 seconds. Its top speed is 249 kmph. This car costs Ambani Rs. 8 crores.
