Most of you would agree with me that when it comes to taking offs we often have to face hard times with our boss. Now, in the world where we often see strict company norms, there exist a company which has come up with a one of a kind idea. This company gives masturbation offs! Read it again if you must! Britain’s LELO UK gives the privilege to its employees, by providing them with masturbation offs. The company makes adult toys and has come up with the idea of allowing its employees to enjoy the “me time”, by offering them an off for the same.
These are the days when the employees are left alone, so they have plenty of time for “themselves”. Imagine a day where you don’t have to do anything, and all you have to do is please yourself, in numerous ways. It is difficult to believe that this company gives masturbation offs. But yes it is true!
But wait, all this is due to a reason, can you guess? Well, as per the company, this will make the employees feel more lively, by reducing the stress. Furthermore, it boosts productivity.
The company had conducted a survey in which they asked around 2,000 Brits regarding their happiness. As per the survey, around 78 per cent of people told that what makes them happier is an orgasm, either solo or with a partner. Now speaking about productivity, 66 per cent of the people felt that their productivity increases after an orgasm.
A spokesperson from the company stated:
“Being sexually fulfilled and satisfied is something that we at LELO UK feel is a basic human right and it’s completely free! And as a result of this research, we’re delighted to introduce a new initiative where we are offering our UK employees the opportunity to take up to four days a year as a “self love day.”
She further added:
“We hope our UK staff use them to do whatever they want to explore their happiness and what makes them tick with the hope that they’ll come to work the next day with a spring in their step and be as productive as possible.”
