We all know that smoking is not only an extremely detrimental habit, but one which can lead to severe life-threatening complications or even premature death in some cases. Yet, smokers cannot decide to change their habits or quit it for their own benefit. In the consequence, they end up with suffering from its negative side-effects.
For smokers or ex-smokers – this juice is the ultimate therapy. For the preparation, you’ll need 250g of onion, 2½ tablespoon of turmeric, thumb-sized ginger root, 1 litre of clean water and 350g of natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup).
Heat the water, add the chosen sweetener, and allow it to boil. To the boiling water, add chopped the ginger and onions. Allow them to boil and now add turmeric (keep heating to medium). Now, remove the pot when only a half of the mixture is left. Strain thoroughly, and store it in a glass container, in the fridge.
