Released on May 21, 1999, “Sooryavansham” is the Hindi remake of the Tamil film “Suryavamsam” (1997). The film has been trolled many times on Twitter for its repeated broadcast on television movie channels. People never shy away from admitting the fact that they know the film’s story by heart.

In 1997, Ananda got the Nandi Award for Best Child Actor for his role in “Priyaragalu”.
