People share all kinds of information on the internet as it helps in connecting with the people from all across the world. We have become witness to some of the most hilarious interactions between individuals on the Twitter. Even our Bollywood celebrities have had the weirdest chats on Twitter. But here we are not talking about them. Well, two of the most popular American brands Burger King and Budweiser announced their collaboration on social media with the weirdest Twitter exchange possible.
Yes, fast food chain Burger King and the lager brand Budweiser took it to their official Twitter accounts to have the most unexpected exchange of tweets that left the netizens in splits. Apparently, the two brands have partnered together to launch a summer special treat for the fast food and beer lovers. Burger King is launching its new American Brewhouse King Sandwich in collaboration with Budweiser.
Therefore, as a marketing strategy, Burger King resurrected Budweiser’s iconic “Whassup” campaign in order to promote their collaboration for the limited-edition sandwich. Interestingly, they took it to their Twitter accounts to inform the social media users about the return of the “Whassup” campaign earlier this week. They exchanged some weird chats in which Burger King remade the Budweiser’s iconic commercial with a twist of their official mascot, The King in the end.
Well, it all started when Burger King posted a tweet tagging the beer brand and then started the epic exchange of tweets. Here is the Twitter conversation between the two American brands:

Taking you back in the history, Budweiser’s commercial campaign “Whassup?” was quite popular between 1999 and 2002 after which it was taken off the air.
