The UP Government only recently announced that it would embarrass those who urinate in public by be posting their photos on YouTube.

But even before the government could follow through on its decision, a bureaucrat became the first victim.

The man in the video, as Times Now reports, is Additional District Magistrate O.P. Shrivastava.

That he is relieving himself on the banks of Sangam in Allahabad while wearing a tee-shirt with a ‘Clean Ganga’ logo on it makes it an embarrassing matter for both the Centre and the state government.

In his defence the bureaucrat says that he was simply washing his hands and adjusting his pants. But that the media is calling it an insult of the Swachh Bharat campaign cannot be taken lightly by anyone.
