What do the rich and famous celebs do with their stacked money and free time? Well, they book themselves the hottest property in Mumbai and Pune, which is none other than the luxurious Trump Towers. In India, Trump Organization has entered the real estate market and has signed partnerships with five different local developers.

The Trump branded project is being built by local developer Panchshil Realty for Pune, and is the first venture in India for Donald Trump. Located in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar, the uber-luxe Trump Tower complex houses two towers of 25 floors with a total of 44 apartments.

Apparently, these apartments are currently a MUST-BUY on every celeb’s list!

The property is complete with greenery and looks like a completely modern building with swanky glass exteriors and towering blocks.

It houses 44 luxury condominiums and each apartment starts at a whopping price of Rs 15 crore a unit. It covers 6,100 sq. feet, complete with five bedrooms and a home theatre, and occupies a full floor.

The sprawling apartments offer luxury services such as concierge and doorstep laundry services, apart from a John Abraham-branded fitness centre.

Among the celebs who have purchases apartments in Trump Towers is none other than Ranbir Kapoor. He has apparently bought two flats – one in his father Rishi’s name and another in his own. Their apartments had supposedly been acquired at Rs.13 crore each in 2015.

Several other Bollywood celebrities have also shown interest in acquiring flats here and after Ranbir, his ex, Katrina Kaif, too has reserved her apartment in the same building. Hope they don’t bump into each other!

What’s more, Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife Sussanne Khan has also reportedly booked her flat for an even higher price of Rs 16 crore!

We are hoping for more celebs to buy these expensive homes but one person is definitely happy with the advanced booking.
