Anushka Sharma became the contemporary bride who swayed us with her Sabyasachi ensemble. Her pale pink royal lehenga was featured with a voluminous skirt and Renaissance embroidery in vintage English colour embellishments with pearls, beads and silver-gold metal threads. 2. Soha Ali Khan
Soha Ali Khan reflected royalty like nothing else in her golden lehenga on her wedding. Her lehenga was designed by none other than Sabyasachi who chose the inspiration from her ‘Opium’ collection. Her Nawabi roots mirrored her bridal attire as the lehenga had an outstanding gold dusted work to which her mother Sharmila Tagore added the element of orange to perfection.
3. Aishwarya Rai
Miss World Aishwarya Rai wore the stunning Neeta Lulla Kanjeevaram silk saree in gold to mark her South Indian roots. She became the talk of the town to not choose red colour for her D-day. She completed the outfit with Swarovski crystals and work of gold thread.
4. Gul Panag
Designed by Anita Dongre and JJ Valaya, the happy-go-lucky bride Gul Panag wore onion pink lenenga on her wedding that instantly brightened up our day as well.
