We all love our pets and don’t want to lose them at any cost. This can only be well understood by those who own a pet. But the internet is calling “bizarre” this story of a parrot’s owner who is ready to pay Rs.25,000 for getting her lost bird back.
Babita Devi, who is a resident of Warsaliganj Chowk in Nawada, Bihar, lost her parrot on January 3.
The grief of losing her pet made her sick. Bed-ridden, the 60-year-old Babita announced the reward for anyone who finds her parrot.
According to a district police official, Babita Devi and her family have put up posters and distributed handbills near their residence mentioning the exorbitant reward for finding the pet.
Not only that, Babita’s sons and relatives also resorted to social media to find the missing parrot.
According to Babita’s close friend, she had the parrot as a pet for the last eight years and loved it a lot. She has been so upset ever since it has gone missing that Babita has not been able to sleep or eat.
We wish Babita and her family all the best and hope that she finds her parrot soon!
