The exam for second semester of post-graduation in Hindi was announced a month ago but on the day of examination, the university woke up to the reality that it has forgotten to get question papers printed!
94 students of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University were ready to take their fourth and final examination, only to find out that the exam needs to be postponed for the funniest reason – the university forgot to get the question papers printed.
The exam is now scheduled for April, 22. The new choice based credit system (CBCS) is believed to be the culprit behind this confusion. Reportedly, the head of the Hindi department at the university was not aware of the subjects that students had chosen for the fourth exam.
University Vice-chancellor said that this is a serious issue. She has already served show-cause notices to the section officer at the controller of examination office and the in-charge of PG Hindi department. Suitable action will follow once their response is received.
Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University was in the news last year for granting a fake law degree to AAP MLA, Jitender Singh Tomar who was fired as Law Minister of Delhi.
