On May 1, everyone was expecting a repeat telecast of the same when Bhajji approached fellow Mumbai Indians team-mate Ambati Rayudu.
MI was playing against the newly formed team, Rising Pune Supergiants, when during the 11th over Bhajji mouthed a slur at Rayudu when the latter failed to save a boundary.
Offended, Rayudu didn’t hold back his frustration and retorted with some angry words of his own.
Sensing that the situation might soon get out of hand, Bhajji immediately went up to Rayudu and tried to pacify him.
But the effort seemed to go in vain as Rayudu was too angry.
