Coco Chanel, the famous French fashion icon has said, “If a woman is badly dressed, it’s the dress we’ll notice; but if she is impeccably dressed, it’s the woman herself we’ll notice.” Our attire tells a lot about our mind, revealing its deep secrets to those who can read the subtle messages.

We may not realize that we make snap judgments about people based on the attire they are wearing. You would pay more attention to your dressing style if you realized what message it sends to others. Would you believe that by changing your appearance, you can change the way people think about you? Much experimental research has proven the point that people make judgment about people within 5-10 seconds of looking them. Much of this would be influenced by the clothes you wear and your general appearance. Furthermore, peeping into your wardrobe, you may learn something about yourself that you have not known earlier. Let us look what your attire tells about mind, so that you can make a difference to your life.

Wearing dresses that are either too big or too small for you tells that you are not able to accept your body as it is. You are not happy with the reflection your mirror is showing you now. Learn to love and accept yourself. If you really want to make a difference, do not hide behind clothes, but get those lazy muscles working. 3. Afraid to deviate

People who are scared of drawing attention to self, insecure or afraid of changes usually stick to a simple, passive type of dress for all occasions. Some hide behind work clothes most of the time. They avoid accessories or bright colors to be in a comfort passive zone they create for themselves. If you have been one of those people, make a change today.
