Ajay Devgan’s latest movie trailer was recently released. Named ‘Raid’, this is a crime drama based on a true event. The film is inspired by India’s longest raid in 1981. Ajay is playing the role of an Income Tax officer.
Following the release, in an interview, Ajay Devgan shared a very surprising incident. He shared that his house was also raided during the 90s. It continued for 48 hours before the officials gave up and returned empty-handed.
‘In the ’90s, my house was also raided. However, I was not in the city. I was shooting out for a movie somewhere. This raid took almost 2 days and officials had to return empty handed from my house.’
His new film ‘Raid’ is directed by Raj Kumar Gupta and written by Ritesh Shah. The film also features Ileana D’Cruz, Saurabh Shukla, and Saanand Verma. It’s scheduled to release on 16th March 2018.
