India’s national airline, Air India, is again in the news for wrong reasons. Time and again, we have seen that Air India staff has been negligent in its supervision. But this time, they have certainly crossed all boundaries of morality.
A cabin crew member of this national carrier has been arrested by customs officers for allegedly trying to smuggle marijuana.
What is even more surprising is that the accused was hiding ganja in a meal service cart of a flight.
As the per the release issued by the customs department, the customs officers seized nearly two kilograms of ganja from the cart of the Air India flight from Chennai on July 19.
Delhi: 1.895 Kg of ganja seized from the meal service cart of an Air India flight, a member of the cabin crew of the flight arrested.
