The trailer of the most awaited film of the year “Sanju”, released on May 30. Since the time the trailer has gone on-air, people have been praising Ranbir Kapoor’s acting and calling his new avatar almost perfect. In the trailer of the film, Ranbir Kapoor looks exactly like Sanjay Dutt. It seems like he has put a lot of hard work for the film. The internet is therefore going gaga over Ranbir’s flawless performance in the film. Sanju is directed by ace director Rajkumar Hirani and also stars Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Paresh Rawal and many more.
Where on one hand people are praising “Sanju” and Ranbir, a few have passed derogatory remarks over the film’s theme. Some have in fact questioned Ranbir’s skills! So when something like this happened on Twitter, how could Ranbir’s dad Rishi Kapoor keep calm?
In no time Rishi called out a fan for criticising the “Sanju” Trailer. Rishi sent a personal message to the fan and even abused him. This behaviour of Rishi Kapoor is now being criticized everywhere. Comedian Aditi Mittal is among the ones who has questioned Kapoor’s behaviour.
This is what Aditi said regarding Kapoor:
“Rishi Kapoor keeps abusing people online, and every news and entertainment portal keeps covering his movies and interviews as if this kind of behaviour is NORMAL”. She added, “While promoting his 102 Not Out film with master creeper, Amitabh Bachchan, NOT ONE outlet had the guts to ask him if he’s ok with embarrassing himself in DM’s on Twitter. Coz apparently this is the kind of behaviour is expected from these heroes. India is sick with hate misogyny. Why does no one in the film community call this out? Because it’s Rishi Kapoor?”
This is what the fan wrote in a tweet regarding the trailer of the film – I am stunned at the new Sanju Trailer. Such a blatant attempt to clean up Sanjay Dutt’s image. A criminal is a criminal. That too who was involved in bombings in a city. Raju Hirani is absolute scum. Post his tweet, Rishi Kapoor DMed and went on a rant – What do you know of cinema you prick, We are in the entertainment business not repairing anybody’s image. As swipes like you don’t deserve to watch films.
