Bollywood actor, Sitaram Panchal, passed away on Thursday morning after a three-year long battle with kidney and lung cancer. He was 54.
The actor made his Bollywood debut with an iconic film ‘Bandit Queen’, and he also played a key role in films like ‘Peepli Live’, ‘Pan Singh Tomar’, ‘The Legend of Bhagat Singh’ and ‘Slumdog Millionaire’.
It was only yesterday that the actor celebrated his twenty-sixth wedding anniversary. His son, Rishabh Panchal, shared a photo of him with his wife, Uma Panchal.
This picture reflects that the actor’s condition was extremely severe.
Sometime back, Sitaram Panchal, asked for financial help via his Facebook account to pay for his treatment. Haryana government had offered ₹5 lakh for the actor’s treatment.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family and relatives.
