Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has sacked women and child development and social welfare minister, Sandeep Kumar, from his cabinet after he received a “sex tape.”

The ABP News claimed in that CD, the Aap minister was shown in compromising position with two women.

In the 9-minute long CD, Sandeep Kumar is seen with two women. The CD contained still pictures allegedly showing Kumar with a woman in varying degrees of proximity. In other part of the CD he is seen in an “objectionable” position with a woman, whom he later advises to meet him “only after 9 pm” and never in public.

The CD was sent to Arvind Kejriwal along with a complaint by an unknown person.

Times Now claimed that Kejriwal had known of the CD for over a day and had taken action only after media houses broke the news.

However, Kejriwal’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia refuted the charges and said, “We received a CD with objectionable content. Within half an hour of receiving the CD, the minister was sacked,” he claimed.

“AAP will not tolerate any allegations of corruption or impropriety… AAP works with a zero tolerance policy. Not just ministers, we have 67 MLAs. We will not tolerate such behaviour from anyone in any position in the party,” he added.

Kumar was one of the six cabinet ministers of Delhi and the third to be removed from the portfolio. Each minister holds multiple portfolios.

In October last year, Kejriwal had sacked Asim Ahmed Khan, 38, who was minister for food and environment on graft charges.

In June 2015, Jitender Tomar resigned as law minister over faking his college degree. He was replaced by Kapil Mishra, who, within two months, was replaced as law minister by deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia.

Kumar represents the Sultanpur Majra constituency. He is the second AAP minister to be sacked after Khan, who was minister for food and supplies.

Reacting to the development, the Delhi BJP said Kejriwal must resign accepting moral responsibility for picking up the morally corrupt MLA in the cabinet.
