The airline services in India are not good enough. With the increase in the number of passengers, the number of complaints related to airport services has multiplied, too.
To counter these complaints, the airlines are using social media platforms like Twitter to get directly in touch with the passengers. Though it is a good move, but most often, these “Twitter solving” conversations are so idiotic that they make us say WTF.
Previously, we had seen Harbhajan Singh slamming Jet airways for racial abuse, now, an IndiGo passenger sarcastically complained about his lost baggage,

After this goof-up, IndiGo deleted the tweet. This shows IndiGo employers are not only poor readers but also, they don’t treat their customers in a right way.
