In India, cricket is more than just a game. It is a way of life. Our country is full of cricket maniacs, and everyone understands the mechanics of this game. Well, at least we pretend to know it all.
Recently, Jaydev Unadkat and his fellow IPL cricketers from Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS), interacted with differently abled kids in a Meet and Greet program. During their chat session, a 12 year-old boy, Omkar Pawar, advised Unadkat to grip the ball across the seam to get a hat-trick.
At that moment, Omkar’s tip instigated a loud laugh, but it seems that Unadkat actually took his advice seriously. Because, just ten days later, he grabbed a hat-trick against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Unadkat shared the video of Omkar, thanking him for his suggestion.
